Some image hosting websites provide embed codes. It's the one with [/img] tags on start and end of the link. If it doesn't show them, then just copy paste the link and add (http://to the start, and) to the end of it. For the right link, always right click on the image and choose view image, it opens a new tab and it should have the link that has to be used for the image to be displayed in forums.
