I'm currently working my way through the tunnels at the base of the tree, and have apparently solved most of the puzzles but one: the ring with the sun/large dot surrounded by small dots symbol.  I have the tree, the droplet and the star and have solved most puzzles.  I suspect it has something to do either with the little solar system in the middle right or the hedgehoggy things just below them, but I can't seem to work it out.  Help?

[Note that this a hint but still a spoiler (for others looking at the topic).]
You probably noticed that the branching tunnels have little glowing symbols at their entrances to help you navigate? Follow the passages that have a little egg-shaped symbol with a zigzagging line inside of it.
