Ok, it says pay pal in USD only (to pay for full version download), now i may be having a dumb moment but what does that mean?

It means that you will be led to a page where you can pay with Paypal, an American sort of money transfer service. It's very safe and a lot of American webstores use it to allow customers to pay for products. You can use credit cards along with several other methods of payment.
USD stands for United States Dollars, which is the currency that they will accept. If you do not live in the United States, Paypal will automatically exchange your currency for USD.
