I'm a bit pissed right now since I prepurchased Machinarium weeks ago and still got no email with a download link. I wrote two emails to orders@fastspring.com but got no answer. Maybe.. or hopefully some mailserver trashed the mails. I payed for the game (and of course to support you) and I would love to play it some time soon. Please tell me what to do next. There's a problem if you didn't become shortly after your purchase a receipt and your preorder pack. I just remembered, that I got at least some confirmation page or something with a link to the songs and pictures (since I've been using one of them as wallpaper on my destop :) )
