Currently, Machinarium have an only forum on this board, which allows all kind of topic. However, now that the game is here, there will be a lot topics about technical support or help needed in the game. These kinds of topic will probably be very numerous, and follow all the others (news, general discussion about the game, idea, fan-arts ...) is becoming more difficult. :-\ So, I think Machinarium deserves it own section here, before there are too many messages. By section, I mean a group of forums, as the current "Amanita Design" and "Whatever" parts. This section could contain at least three forums, one for general chat about Machinarium, one for technical support, and one to help players.
