  my bulb is wrong one in here and I can't change it, why is it so, what can I do, it is supposed to be in the middle I guess.

I think the light bulbs are the direction where the ship is going to. So:
I think you have to press 4 times the button on the right and once the start button.

You can change it. The lightbulbs indicate where the oil canister is. The first thing you'll need to do to is to move the canister to the middle, yes. But, as you can tell from the lines drawn from bulb to bulb, there is only one direction you can move the canister to get it back to the middle. Press the right-hand red button 2 times (not 4, like Martijn indicates) and then press the arrow button and the canister will move back to the middle.
