Title: Help Please - Bought Game but no Email Post by: redddevil on March 04, 2015, 05:52:40 pm Hi, I bought Samarost 2 on the web site yesterday using my paypal a/c but have had no email telling me how to download the game.
Is this because my paypal a/c has a different email address to the one I used on the Amanita web site or is something just not working? UI tried raising a support request but have had no response to that either. Do you have access to the PayPal e-mail account?
Anyway, from what you said, I'm not sure if your support request was to Amanita, but if it was, Amanita uses the Humble Widget for purchasing Samorost 2, so you might want to try contacting Humble Support.
