First step is to tap/touch the hammer so that the robot picks the hammer up, then tap the window to break it, then tap again basically anywhere so that the robot puts the hammer back down, and then finally to tap the key to pick it up.

What's odd is that I don't believe anyone on the forum has ever mentioned having this issue. :/ But the first solution I'd recommend would be to try deleting and then reinstalling the game to see if that fixes the issue. The only other thing I can think of that might be happening is that I suppose it's *possible* you've already broken the glass??
