Title: Machinarium CD-ROM added to Blackpoint Music's catalog
Post by: ABoretz on February 19, 2010, 09:13:12 pm
(http://www.blackpointmusic.cz/shop/images/covers/EURODY015.jpg) (http://www.blackpointmusic.cz/shop/machinarium-pc-hra-p-14152.html)

They are accepting pre-orders and are expecting an early March release of a boxed version.  I can't figure out if they will be re-selling the Mamba Games collectors edition (http://www.mamba-games.co.uk/machinarium-collectors-edition-p-55.html) or if this edition will made by someone else.  Including shipping it will cost $37.00 to the U.S. (probably less within Europe).  And (BTW) they still carry Quazi Delict Record's (http://www.discogs.com/Tom%C3%A1%C5%A1-Dvo%C5%99%C3%A1k-Samorost2/release/712376) Samorost2 hybrid (soundtrack and game) disk (http://www.blackpointmusic.cz/shop/product_music_info.html?products_id=10155).

Update (http://www.blackpointmusic.cz/shop/machinarium-pc-game-p-14152.html?language=cz):
Anglická verze!  Součástí krabicové verze je kromě CD-ROM s hrou také samostatný soundrack na CD, plakát, knížka s artworky a 54-stránkový návod.

English version!  Part of boxed version in addition to CD-ROM with the game also separate soundrack CD, poster, book of artwork and 54-page manual.

This looks more and more like it's the Mamba (http://www.mamba-games.co.uk/machinarium-collectors-edition-p-55.html) release and Blackpoint is re-selling it on their site.  If so then, FWIW, Mamba's price is more favorable for U.S. buyers.

The Mamba's Machinarium Collector's Edition (http://www.mamba-games.co.uk/machinarium-collectors-edition-p-55.html) contains:
~Additional CD with the games music and 5 additional bonus sound tracks
~A booklet with lots of never seen before concept art
~A3 Poster
~A printed walkthrough

What do you mean by "prize"?

This one has an element of Questionaunt in there!  Check out the shadow figure near the parachutists... doesn't he remind you of the guy in level 4/8 of Questionatunt (http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/ks2bitesize/games/questionaut/pop.shtml) who keeps measuring everything?!   :)
