Hi Laura,  Welcome to the forum.
We had a bit of fun with this topic back in '09.  Here's the link to the discussion.

Though we never agreed on a name I was thrilled to see Josef's girlfriend physically manifest in Ballet Machinarium!

I'm looking forward to the video of their performance.
