Am in Sam 2.
Creature is fixing machine in lower room. Sees me and starts after me.. I go into tunnel.
When I get to the next 'area' the cursor is gone. Seems to be behind the playing area.

Have XP, SP3 if that matters.
Very odd.....

Are you playing the on-line version or the purchase/download version?
Next, seeking more detail: is this phenom something that has repeated every time you started from the beginning or was this a one time deal?

that's strange. have you tried to relaunch the game and get to the same point? if it's happening again we should do something about it. if not it's probably some minor flash issue.

I've encountered the same lost cursor problem reported by woofer, both in the on-line version and in the 4.99 download version.  I'm able to work around it somehow with a combo of right click, zoom in, move around a bit, zoom out again --- can't quite remember what i do -----   using xp pro, sp3 and yes, it happens every time . . .
