Thanks to new user scottfin7 we now know that the correct music box pattern for iPADS is 1 2 3 4 1 2 5 while the pattern for non-iPAD installs is still the same as in the embedded walkthrough... 1 4 2 3 5 2 3

If anyone else had a different experience please let us know.

Edit: I did notice today when replaying this part with the iPad version that the order of the keys currently *does* match the desktop version....not sure when that was changed.

Hi there!

Had a problem on iPhone with this final melody - I can't hear any melody at all (there are radio noises, but no melody). And even numbers' chains that you mentioned there (1423523 and 1234125) don't work.
Can you help me solving this problem?

Playing on IPhone 5s, iOS 8.3.

Hey Ksenia. There was another forum member who recently had a somewhat similar issue in this thread:
http://forum.amanita-design.net/index.php?topic=4992.msg15144#msg15144

Seems the game eventually got the sound back after he'd quit and restarted the app a few times. Also, you might want to try deleting, then redownloading, and then reinstalling the game, as this usually fixes most issues. And if you want to contact the developers and let them know about the issue, you can use the form at the bottom of this page:

I know this is an old thread, but I just played Machinarium (LOVED it, BTW), and I had a similar, but slightly different, issue. I just wanted to mention it in case it helps someone.

I have a 2014 iPad Air. I found no bugs during the game at all until the very final scene. The first problem was that the radio played two tones at the same time for the first note. The rest were fine.

But the big problem was that the notes on the outside contraption did not match the notes from the radio. There was no way at all to play the same thing I heard.

Just to make sure I wasn't going crazy, I pulled up an online keyboard and plunked out the notes I was hearing.
On the radio:
E/D C# G# A E G# A

Outside:
C E F A C

You could play the opening bar of "I Feel Pretty" from West Side Story on the outside thing.

I just watched a walkthrough video on YouTube to confirm that the notes on the thing outside are supposed to be the same as the radio. (I kept looking for a screwdriver thinking I had to open it and adjust something to get matching notes.)

Definitely a bug.

So hope this is helpful.
