I am in the courtyard by the wheelchair.  I have the radio, the plant, the speaker and the oil can but can't get into the manhole.  help!

Get the oil can go down the steps again to the opening by the musicians. There you will find an oil leak, pop the oil can underneath, collect oil and take it back to the old gentleman robot, who will oil his wheels and move out of the way. The sunflower oil you collect later!
