First of all, cheers and megatons of respect for the outstanging piece of computer art that is Machinarium!

Here's my point:

Sometimes after making and releasing a very unique and original creation companies who find acclaim and wide recognition make a 'logical' move to a more 'traditional' style/ideas.
And then lose that something that made them original in the first place.

Therefore I'd like to suggest Amanita should stick to their amazing sense of style and atmosphere, but take it to even weirder places in the future.

When I see Machinarium, I think of Codex Seraphinianus.

I'd like to see a game with THAT MUCH weirdness!

Yes! It's always depressing when people try to capitalise on their success.

It's hard to say this without sounding selfish but: the more traditional a game is the more boring it is - just because it would be a more popular move to make Machinarium 2 rather than something way more abstract or surreal doesn't mean it would be better.

And it would be really cool if you made one in an unexplained universe like codex seraphinianus (although I suppose Machinarium & Samorost are already sort of like that).

Look carefully and you see that oleksus embedded a link to the site within the sentence, "When I see Machinarium, I think of Codex Seraphinianus".

The animation pieces from Monty Python's Flying Circus spring to mind.
