It's not out yet, but The Tiny Big Bang Story looks quite a bit like Samorost without being a clone. http://www.colibrigames.com/

If you check my HTML Menu wich can be found below... http://machinarium.net/forum/index.php/topic,1178.0.html...you'll also find cool games. Some links are sites with games so there are a lot. Amanita Design is included too. This post is non-self-promotion post. I just wanted to show you other games like Machinarium. Hope you'll like them all! RainingTip

I think "DayMare town" by Mateusz Skutnik is also a cool game.

Here are some games that you should try if you like Machinarium:
Braid (it's a must!) World of Goo Governer of Poker 2 (for the poker fans) Mortimer Beckett and the Secrets of Spooky Manor Mortimer Beckett and the Time Paradox
I hope you like them :]
Oh, I almost forgot - the TellTale's version of Monkey Island, it's more than amazing!

Gomo by Fishcow Studios looks Amanitaish: http://www.fishcowstudio.com/gamesAnd it's made by Slovakians, so it's geographically close too! (Fun Fact - I manage to have trouble not saying "Czechoslovakia" even though it probably dissolved before I knew it existed. Moral: Don't trust maps that are older than you.)

These are much simpler than Machinarium and Samarost, but inspired by the art, music and gameplay I created two games! Music, art and jquery by ME My hope is to create something more tangible in the future. Please let me know what you think! Maybe you could like Hero of Many which is more like Botanicula but different genre.
Another game that crossed my mind is Hamlet or Mimpi.

If you like point and click type games similar to Machinarium, I highly recommend The Tales of Monkey Island games. Very funny and good puzzle solving.
