Hi I'm stuck with gomoku, lose every time help please.

I'm not sure what exactly is the solution to that game, but try placing your pieces like this in this grid pattern:

X_X_X
_X_X_
X_X_X

Until you defeat him (I also think that you have to block his moves when he gets 3 in a row, not less than 3).
I tried that, and I beat him a lot.
