On a 1920x1080 monitor, when I set Botanicula to run fullscreen with window size at 100%, the game is still displaying in a window surrounded by a black border on all sides. How can I make it actually take up the whole screen?

Yeah I found that 100% apparently means 100% of the resolution they developed it at, which appears to be 1440x900, not 100% of my screen.

Flash has built in scaling capability, so limiting it to two pre-defined sizes seems odd.  Wish that I could just play the game through my browser and it'dd probably be fine that way, but they don't expose the master flash file Sad

I did try setting my monitor to 1440x900 with video card scaling enabled last night, and the gamed looking fine with the upscaling/interpolation handled by my video card.  So that will work, but it's really annoying to have to manually change resolution every time I start and exit the game though, I guess I'll have to check into that utility that will change resolution automatically.
