So in the root system level I have all of the element discs except the sun one. When i went back to the caves with the doorways and tightropes it wasn't there. Totally confused and frustrated. I love this game but I can't continue. Any ideas?

I am experiencing the same problem that was described in this previous post about a year ago, where the sun disk seemingly disappears in botanicula. I just downloaded this game within the past 2 weeks (July 2013), so I assume I have the newest version. Has anyone else had this problem or found a fix?

I thought that I encountered the same problem, until I realized that the sun disc is *not* visible when you enter the room. It's in the upper area that can be reached by entering the tunnels.
