If when you say you want to buy the game "without DRM" you mean that you want to buy the game once and play it on ALL your devices ~ iPAD, Android, PC, Mac, PSN ~ no, that's not possible. Android is a separate cost. iPAD also, as is PSN. Otherwise the game is Cross-platform and DRM free for Win, Mac, and Linux.

Google Play is the only way to get it now that the Humble Android Bundle is over. ( i suggest you sign up for Humble Bundle email alerts so the next time they offer an Android bundle you won't miss it )
