How to get the handle/lever for the elevator? I've refueled it and make it running but the lever is missing. How to obtain it?

there's a little control panel puzzle you have to solve to get the lever, i think.

is this correct? I think I've solve it according to walkthrough but no lever poped out.

Your Problem seems to be solved, however there is a way to get stuck on the elevator. That's where I am right now.

After getting a battery i tried to get back up to the police robot. So I jumped the elevator, pushed the red button, dropped down to the kitchen window and ... am stuck now. I am not able to start the elevator and can't refuel it as there is no black tube in the kitchen anymore.

The black tube is in the robot girl's inventory. You should be able to see it when hovering your mouse pointer over the upper left corner of the screen while inside the kitchen.
