Still no confirmation of it coming to Linux?  It must be maybe in 2016 or later, but I think it must come to Linux soon. |

I just noticed that at the bottom of the Samorost3 page you can sign up for a Samorost3 mailinglist and get updates that way. Finally! ~Yay~  Yes indeed and it works! Today I received my first update: Subject: Samorost3 Pre-remixes EP If you signed up for updates and don't see the "Samorost3 Pre-remixes EP" email in your inbox check your spam folder for sender "Amanita Design" <info snaily amanita-design.net>" and mark that email address as non-spam. And, of course, if you want to get future updates head over to the Samorost3 webpage and sign up!  |

 In the description of the album there is such a line. Most likely 16 july just will be released CD/Vinyl of Pre-Remixes |

The current info on Floex's site clarifies that the "July 16th" date was a typo and the author meant to enter JUNE 16h there. Dan (from Minority Records) obviously just copy/pasted what was originally there on Floex's site into his newsletter. so no CDs or Vinyls yet...

ok, I dont normally ask questions like this, because I know it wont make the game come out any faster....
But does anybody know when the release date it will be?
The official website keeps saying: "later this year", but the year is almost over and I was hoping to purchase the game as a xmas gift.

For those that have not signed up for updates at the bottom of the Samorost3 website... This was sent out on December 24th, 2015:
"Hi,
we'd like to wish you Happy Holidays and a great 2016!
We'd like to also inform you about Samorost 3 development. We are working really hard and the game is almost finished, but we need a little bit more time to fix all the remaining bugs and polish everything. The game should be released in the first quarter of 2016 and we hope, you'll like it as we do!

Don't know about Samorost 3, but from an article titled " Machinarium might be coming to PS4" it says: " An age rating handed down by PEGI hints at an impending release for the classic point-and-click adventure [Machinarium] on the PlayStation 4....
The PEGI rating lists the release date for a PS4 version of Machinarium as February 29, 2016 (the current date in most parts of Europe)." So keep an eye on that PEGI rating page and if you see Samorost 3 show up there some day then you'll know it's probably coming to PS4. |
