as for pics, insert a direct link. Some image hosting websites provide embed codes. It's the one with [/img] tags on start and end of the link. If it doesn't show them, then just copy paste the link and add
to the end of it. For the right link, always right click on the image and choose view image, it opens a new tab and it should have the link that has to be used for the image to be displayed in forums.
