I'm still waiting for a working copy. Exchanged emails with Jason. Promised a new copy. Nothing arrived.

How long has it been since Jason wrote to promise you a new copy?

Aboretx, the problem is that I ordere a copy one month ago...and nothing is arrived yet......... Angry

do you think is a good choice to send an email also to Amanita and asking if they can reach (because maybe they can reach faster and better Mamba Games) them and asking why they do no reply to anyone?

I'm tired to wait...and I'll not wait another month for sure  Undecided

Sorry, I understand your frustration, but I don't believe that anyone at Amanita can make Mamba respond quicker.

Today I wrote them for the last time to all emails I could find...finally Jason reply me, apologizing for the delay (he said that they had an issue with their system a couple weeks ago) and telling me that he will send a copy very fast...and..."" I will also organize a free copy of another game as an apology.""..... LOL !

I sent a new e-mail to Jason today, and I really hope that he will answer this time.
This is the third time I am trying to contact Mamba Games.

The only way I found to let them understand that I was trying to reach them since 3 weeks, was to send an email to every email I could find in the mamba games website...via the contact form, writing to the machinarium dedicated email, to the jason email, to the support email, everything xD

they had an issue in mid august, so I think they lost some of their data.


@TermingBoss: try to write to these emails:
-jason@mamba-games.com
-support@lm-global.net
-machinarium@mamba-games.com

jason and someone from the support email answer me the day after

I sent an e-mail to jason@mamba-games.com yesterday, but I haven't got any reply yet.
So now I will send e-mails to the other two addresses also.

I just wanted to let you all know that I just got an e-mail from Lace Mamba Global.

They told me that they will send me a new copy of the game ASAP.  Grin
That is great news!

I am really looking forward to play the game!  Cheesy

Thanks for your help, Marco.drum!

The e-mail address I got the reply from, was this one: support@lm-global.net.
So if anyone else has the same problem as I had (No PC-Version on the Collector's Edition),
they should try to contact Mamba through that e-mail address.

I bought a Machinarium Collector's Edition on the Mamba Games Ltd website on 24th November. But my order still was not delivered. I live in Russia.

I sent them few emails. But no answer. Really don't know what to do...

Read through this thread and you'll find all the email addresses that will connect you to someone at Mamba staff that can help you.

BTW, why didn't you just purchase the game from http://www.snowball.ru/machinarium/ which is based inside Russia rather than Mamba which is in the U.K.?

KYO, наберитесь терпения ) мой Махинариум пришел в Челябинск через 1,5 месяца...  Cool

speaking of Snowball site, they use awful Ozon.ru service, that also ships VERY SLOW and in extremely bad state
