I'm fairly sure that WiiWare has a 40MB limit on games, so Machinarium might not fit (was it around 350-something MB? I can't check right now).

Sony thinks an “unauthorized person” now has access to all PlayStation Network account information and passwords, and may have obtained the credit card numbers of the service’s 70 million users. ...In its FAQ, Sony said, “If you use the same user name or password for your PlayStation Network or Qriocity service account for other unrelated services or accounts, we strongly that you change them.”  Source: http://www.wired.com/gamelife/2011/04/playstation-network-hacked/
