Vlad is a fine digital artist from Irkutsk, Russia, working mainly with mouse+Photoshop only and his creativity.
He runs www.vladstudio.com where he publishes wallpapers for computers and mobile devices plus some other goodies.

Yeah, I've known of him for years now and I like his style very much. I have a lifetime registration for his site. The weird thing is that I'd once e-mailed him to tell him that he might be interested in checking out Machinarium because I thought he'd like the artistic style of the game. =o)

I am a lifetime registered user too I am doing italian translations for his wallpaper "descriptions" (700 and counting!) and I too was about to tell him about Machinarium and the fine artists at Amanita I guess I will anyway

notice how the female of the species has more antennae than the male does?  that is why we always lose arguments with them, lads, they are twice as aware of what is going on than we are.  our only hope to achieve a stalemate is to bring flowers to divert their attention.

Cool! :) Unfortunately, Vlad stopped answering my messages long ago so i resolved to stop translating his website and his wallpaper descriptions.
I guess he's been too buisy with his i-pad project, dunno. So disappointed :(
