Actually, no.  I should have added a couple of winks to my original post to be clear about that  Wink  Cheesy
I stumbled on those JPEGs while poking around on eBAY.  The only info given was that it's an electric lamp, made in Italy, and when you turn it on light comes out of the eyes.   Shocked
