Glitch in level 6

I bought and installed the game in my iPad 2.
Then im stoped in the level 6, because the npc's dont appear for to finish the puzzle.
This level is that you stay above a table, and you need get a key of a robot with a gun. Please someone have a solution or when will fix it?

I think he means non-player characters, but I'm not positive. =o)
And maybe he's saying that the two prisoners aren't escaping? If so, perhaps, Hilbert, you unlocked the wrong cell? (Only reason I could think of.)
