How many chapters?

Hello, I just played the demo version of Machinarium and I really liked it!
However, I'm really curious of how long the game would be since I want to immerse in that world as long as possible...
So can anyone tell me how many chapters there are in this game? Would it be as long as, say, Monkey Island or Grim Fandango?

Ive read it will be about 30 or so scenarios and the average player would get about 7 or 8 hours out of it.
Of course with all the little story bubbles and magnificently created art Id say I'll get about 30 or so hours just soaking up all the eye candy.
