We'd be happy to help.
What kind of computer are you playing on?  Also, please tell us what puzzle (you called it video?) are you stuck on.

Got it.  Okay, click on this-> "Shared Machinarium .sol Files".  That will take you to the thread we have set up here that has a stash of saved game files called (aptly enough) "Machinarium .sol Stash"    Wink

Depending on whether you're playing on a PC or MAC you'll want to visit either the: "Win FAQ" or the "Mac FAQ" to get instructions on how to substitute your current saved games file (named "machinarium.sol") with the "sol" file that starts you off just after the pedal puzzles.

You'll want #19 Elevator.  Once you swap out your machinarium.sol with the one from the .sol stash the video game pedal puzzles will be behind you and you can move ahead.

(BTW, 53 and still playing indie computer games?  I salute you!Grin

Ha
Years go by and the fox gets a bit grey but his mind won't change Grin
I even still have my VIC20 around somewhere (probably hidden behind the C64 and 128D)

Allready figured out what/where the savegame file is,

so there is a collection of savegames...
I'll give that a shot.

BTW
My MAIN problem is that I just can get that videogame played with a mouse....
Gimme just my good ol' joystick back with wich I docked my spacecraft a million times to get ELITE without cheating.

psst
don't look at the gameroom of this gray ol' fox.
http://gameroom.flipperwinkel.nl

Now where would we be without games? please bury me with them.

You can use the arrow keys and the space bar on your keyboard to play those games. That might help you out a little. ;o)
