I'm not quite sure why, but I've gotten to a point that I can't continue onward from. I got the walkthough pic for this area because I thought I was doing something wrong, but it seems the "submarine machine thing that is supposed to spit oil to get the dog" will not work for me. I try clicking the top button, and no graphic change is shown and no action on the screen happens. The other buttons work fine: the left and right turn the arrow and the oil button makes the sub in the distance leak oil. Is this a bug or am I not understanding for to do this?

Its not a bug.
Theres a reason you cant press it.

I just can't figure this one out, how to move the oil barrel and/or press the top button?

I had this same error I had to go back to the last save and redo the sub.

You mean, redo the previous level... the lady with the umbrella or the room with the telescope?

there no bug, you just missed something at the previous room, go and look to the telescope it will work Cheesy
anyway it work for me though...
