Problem in Botanicula start-up (Windows 7)

Help! When I went to start up the game for the second time, it goes to the Amanita Design screen and then stays black and won't start up. I've read about the problems with Norton but I don't have that, though I do have McAfee. Anyone else have this problem or a solution?

I have the same problem on Vista, the logo comes up and then fades to black, not getting any audio and leaving it doesn't bring anything up.

When we didn't hear back from emileebee we just assumed the problem went away. ( that happens a lot around here )  ;->
The other thing that happens a lot is that peoples' games get corrupted during download.  So you could try re-downloading and re-installing the game.

If that doesn't help then write to "support ~snaily~ amanitadesign.com" ( or use the About form )  Be specific about the machine you're playing on and where you downloaded the game from, e.g., Steam, etc.
