game freezes on Nook Color

Help please, I've gotten to the part where he has escaped the jail with giving the other robot his cigarette and I'm down in the tunnel where the sewer robot rat takes away the broom gadet to open the manhole. As soon as the cut scene begins, of the robot with the sling shot knocking him off the lampost the game stops responding and freezes. Help, what should I do? I'm using a Nook Color.

Ah!  So you are using your Nook as a gaming platform.  Cool.  Too bad you ran into a hitch because this is new territory for us and no one else has posted to tell us of their Nook experiences until now so we're going to have to hammer this out on the fly.
