As I am writing this message every single animation in Windows 8 is stuttering although my CPU is hardly utilized as well as my memory is hardly used. This happened to me several times already but it doesn't occur most of the time during a whole gameplay. The only solution now is to reboot the system. Flash Player is up to date.

"If a program written for an earlier version of Windows doesn't run properly in Windows 8, then you could try changing the compatibility mode settings for the program to hopefully allow it to run properly in Windows 8 afterwards."
