My girlfriend (from Russia) has bought Machinarium in Google Play, but when she start  game - was reported "License Check Failed".  How to solve the problem?

Try Google Play support.

( we had one previous thread about License Failure, called: "Android version bought yesterday - licence failure RESOLVED" and that person ended up getting refund then re-downloading the game )

The problem was solved by itself. After a couple of hours of game took a license to continue downloading the necessary files and run. Still, thanks for the reply.
