Which [iOS] edition to buy [Pocket Edition or Universal]?

Hi,

I have an iPhone5. Should I get Machinarium standard or the Pocket Edition? Both seem to be universal apps... What's the difference between the two?

Found this explanation from a comment on Amanita Design's blog:

The ‘Pocket Edition’ (iPhone only) is nearly the same as the new ‘Universal’ (iPhone/iPad), but it costs less. The P.E. version is ideal if you plan to play on iPhone only, it has certain features enhanced for the small screen. The new ‘Universal’ build can also be used on iPhone and the game then switches to the PE mode, so you have the same experience as in the PE version, the advantage of the universal build over the ‘Pocket Edition’ is that you buy both iPad and iPhone-PE versions in one package.

So, in short, you'd only want to purchase the Universal app if you wanted to have the app on both an iPad and an iPhone, or an iPad only...whereas you'd want to purchase the Pocket Edition if you just plan on playing on an iPhone only.
