It should be coming relatively soon, yes. Over the next few months, I believe, though I can't recall the source where it's mentioned. But I do recall that Amanita said that there will be an announcement with more information about Chuchel now that Samorost 3 has been released. (Source for this is in Priyma's post directly below this one.)

Thought I would post to mention that I asked Jakub the other day about an approximate release date of Chuchel. He indicated that the game is still several months away (at least three months or longer) from releasing. :'( :p

Plachý said at Anifilm that it probably won't be sooner than December this year so I think that it's more likely that Chuchel will be released next year.
