samorost3 does not load

Hi guys started playing Samorost a couple of weeks ago , I reached the third planet , but now the game does not load and are stuck here ... I waited 20 minutes for loaded but nothing ...I tried uninstalling the game several times but no result
.... please help

Hi pablo_b.

You may have an incomplete or damaged download.  Please try re-downloading the Samorost 3 game zip file and try again.

If that fails please write back and tell us what version of Windows you are using and on what kind of computer.  (We are not psychics my friend ;-)

I already reinstall the game , download it again does not work. I'm playing on a Acer aspire E 15 .. E5-521-254h .

I find it strange because I could play several days and Suddenly the game stopped working.

Hmm...  Windows 10 should NOT be presenting such a problem.   

Sorry pablo_b, but the best and only idea I have for you at this time ~ as fixes & updates are still being made by Amanita Design ~ is that you re-download the most recent Samorost3 Windows install file and hope that a newer versions of the installer will fix your problem.

Meanwhile I will keep trying to find a more specific solution for you.  Good luck!  And please post a follow up if/when you find the solution to your problem before I can.

I have a same problem on samorost 3.. my system is windows 10.
ı started  to play the game several weeks ago and suddenly when ı started, the game doesnt load.. alwyas same black screen with samorost logo.. ı deleted the game and re-downloaded.. but nothing has changed.
how can ı solved this problem.. please help me!!!
