Hmm... The only setting is a toggle between cursor input and touch input, which shouldn't affect the music either way.
I'd recommend that you delete the game, then redownload it and reinstall it in order to see if that might solve the issue.
Edit: I realized you had posted before about this.
Just wanted to ask why you were "messing" with settings? Maybe don't mess with them if you don't need to, that way you wouldn't have to worry about the possibility of losing the music.
