Josef to slow to the bucket in furnace room

I do everything in the walk through but can't get the little man to walk fast enough to the buck to be picked up.

Shrink Josef to normal size before starting to walk over to the bucket.

"Won't stay normal size"?   Sorry, but I don't understand.

when he shrinks down after pushing red button & runs to cart. I put him in the cart than he gets tall again. he gets lifted but will not jump to ledge

Well, he doesn't actually "run" to the cart.  Although the walkthrough image shows him running… (which is kind of confusing I think)



Anyway, if he gets tall in the cart WITHOUT you touching him then you probably have a corrupted download and may have to erase and re-install the game.
But if you're pestering him while he's in the cart… STOP IT and let him be.  

Also, you'll have to click on him at the right time during the claw's swing to launch Josef onto the ledge.  He doesn't automatically jump there himself.
