I don't have idea how to get that cat from pipe (music Band) at backalley? Can anybody give me some advice.

If I understand your description of where you're stuck... That's not a cat in there.  That's a rat.
So, now, think what could possibly get a rat out of the (didgeridoo) "pipe"?

I don't know Shaman, I tried to point at that music instrument, but rat is still hideing there. I dont't have any items colected expect that plant from broken pot.
Should I have some items from other rooms?

Yes.  If you climb the stairs to other levels you find a cat.
Don't forget that you can always use that "mini-game" walkthrough in the upper right hand corner of your screen to get hints.
