Can't progress in the game. Bug?

I can't throw screws on the bartender because i've already given the screws to the guy playing saxophone. I've beaten the 5-in-a-row game more times but they never come back.

This got to be a bug, right? I can't think of anything else to do. I can't progress in the game!

No, i did not give the drummer his drum back. Is that the next step to focus on? The only clue i can find within the game is i need to throw screws at the bartender which is just not possible at the moment.

You have to throw some little things on the bartender indeed. But in fact, they aren't screws

Hey, I just remembered that we've had this discussion once before.

take the cloth hanging from the ledge on the top right. then go out and take the cloth and click on the flies near that green slimy thing. the robot will put the flies in the inventory. then take the flies and click on the bartenders face. then the robot will throw the flies on the bartender. then quickly click on the drum. the robot will automatically give the drum to the drummer.

In the bar.  But it's not a cloth.  It's flypaper.

I usually do the drum first- do you see the flypaper in the bar? Get it. Go out and go to the pool of green stuff. Use the flypaper on it. Go back into the bar. Go by the bartender and click the flies in your inventory. Grab the drum.
