The first coin I found I threw in the machine... later I found other two coins but it's impossible to put them in the machine... and I can't find any other coin. Could someone help me?

I have solved it... because it was impossible to throw the two rremaining coins in the machine I thought that I need to have all three coins. Later I discovered that I need double-click the coins to put them in the machine...

Ah!  So your question WAS about Botanicula.  Sorry.  There's a coin puzzle in Machinarium and without the keyword "chicken" I just assumed that's what you meant but were posting in the wrong area.
