I have just bought this game and am loving it but................I still can't get to the platform in the incinerator room. No matter where or when I click on or near the platform I cannot get to it.Please help, I am soooooo frustrated.
Playing on Mac.

If your mouse cursor is in the right location when you're being pulled upwards, the cursor pointer will turn into a little white arrow; and that's when you want to click. But again, the white arrow won't show up unless your mouse cursor is in a certain location; try to place it around here:

Thanks, have tried placing my cursor in all the places shown on all the walkthroughs, you tube videos and your picture. There is no way I ever get the little arrow Sad Huh
Is there a way to get past this?

Hmm....I see on another Mac thread where there was some other graphical glitch from this room that was solved by deleting, then redownloading, and then reinstalling the game; my suggestion is to try that.
