Title: Machinarium scene build from Lego Post by: jonas on August 31, 2010, 08:20:33 am Hi,
I have not played PC games for almost 20 years. But when my friend sent me a link to Machinarium, I got interested in this puzzle adventure, played the demo, and eventually bought the full version. I liked it so much that I have already bought two additional copies on DVDs as gifts for my friends. One of my hobbies is building creations from Lego. I decided to try to render a scene from Machinarium by using Lego bricks. It is not that easy because the Lego elements are limited in their shape (mainly rectangular), color and size. After searching which scene would be the most suitable and manageable one I decided for that with the Robot jazz band. Original scene: (http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/tacvud/Legonarium/10-machinarium.jpg) My rendering: (http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/tacvud/Legonarium/01-total1.jpg) (http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/tacvud/Legonarium/02-total2.jpg) The band: (http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/tacvud/Legonarium/04-band.jpg) Oil shop: (http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/tacvud/Legonarium/05-shop.jpg) Angry lady: (http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/tacvud/Legonarium/06-lady.jpg) Josef, the robot: (http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/tacvud/Legonarium/07-robot.jpg) More pictures are here (http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=443706).
