To my ear "The End (Prague Radio)" is a sort of chilled out bossa nova piece.

Check out this compilation: http://www.amazon.com/Chill-Brazil-Various-Artists/dp/B00006BCDB (http://www.amazon.com/Chill-Brazil-Various-Artists/dp/B00006BCDB)

Or, then again, this online program might appeal to you: http://www.radionomy.com/en/radio/fd-lounge-radio (http://www.radionomy.com/en/radio/fd-lounge-radio)

Edith Piaf - l'accordéoniste (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5TGIwt71ISw)
It isn't jazz or an instrumental, and only the chorus is really happy and warm, but it reminded me of Prague Radio somehow (and it's one of the best songs I've heard.

This might not be you're thing either, but it fits the warm/happy thing perfectly:
Super Furry Animals - Northern Lites (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hWvqdvn262A)

BTW, I think you'll like this:  Herbie Hancock's "Theme From Blow Up" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-r-AniPNUY)
(and the movie (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Xz1utzILj4) is excellent as well  ;) )
