My Josef is stuck on the cart in the furnace room. i.e. he can neither get out of it nor is the lever coming down to pick him up! What to do? Also, is there any way to go back to the previous levels? And finally, the save and load options are not working - they just have blank, grey boxes. Please help! Thanks!
