Title: Mouse will not work in game Post by: theclaw311 on May 05, 2012, 07:52:45 am So I bought the humble bundle and have played all the games and they work great but Machinarium will not work for me. It starts up fine but I can not click on anything. I can move the mouse around fine and when I go to the top of the screen the pull down bar comes up but can not click on anything. The icon never changes from the pointer to the hand like it does in the other games. If I feverishly click all over the screen it will eventually take me to the first scene but that is as far as I can get. Even when I right click and bring up the settings a small window appears that I dont think is the real settings and still cant click on anything. I am running it on Windows 7 Ultimate. My flash player is completely up to date and I dont know what else to do. Please help.

"...the solution was to right-click on the Machinarium short-cut (or exe) and go to 'compatibility mode' Under this section, turn on 'Disable display scaling on High DPI settings' (the bottom option)" Give that a whirl and let us know how that goes. |
