The great thing about Samorost 1 and 2 was the contrast between the very flat characters against the beautiful, detailed backgrounds. 2005 Gnome looks more human and familiar. What happened to his boots and mittens?

What happened to his boots and mittens? I agree, I liked the more 2d look. The new shading takes away from that. I much prefer the old one. Either that or he's just a gnome without a name. Machinarium's Jozef and Berta have been comfirmed long time ago, Samorost 3 is already comming and there's still no other name for him. :) |
