Title: Hate Plus Post by: divit on August 26, 2013, 08:55:18 pm Hate Plus is a game (genre: visual novel, I guess?) about the slow erosion of freedom on a spaceship leading to a neo-confucian society. The sequel to Analogue: A Hate Story (which you should probably play first).
But IMPORTANTLY it is the only game that I'm aware ofthat forces you to go to your kitchen and bake a cake. You can sit around and wait until the game thinks you've made a cake, but that would be cheating. Don't cheat. Bake. (*Hyun-ae's recipe is amazing. you should really try it out). The rest of the game is good too. The cake baking is on the third day, as in 'you will be stopped at certain points in the game and not allowed to play again for 12 hours'. If you send a photo of the finished cake to the creator then she gives you an achievement. Finally they have a use.
