Title: Graphic masking/layering issue on Note 8.0 Post by: Killi on October 26, 2013, 06:54:27 am Hi, I've noticed some odd graphic issues running on a Galaxy Note 8.0 with Android 4.2.2.
It seem like certain things aren't being masked out, I've attached an example. I have tried re-downloading and installing again. In fact I'm pretty sure that there are at most one or two persons handling ALL world-wide incoming support requests at any time; and it's not like they have a store room filled with all sorts of hand-held devices that they can test on - like your Note 8/4.22 - so please take those factors into account and give them a few more weeks to get to your problem. Meanwhile ~ while you're waiting ~ why not try deleting and re-downloading again? (who knows? if you're lucky it just might correct your layering glitch!) I had submitted a bug report on the site to them directly as well on 10/28. I've worked on 2 game titles, so I understand how complex it is to build for multiple platforms/devices. Just a form letter or even an auto-response saying they received the report would have been sufficient to know it was being handled.
